Never have never will. I have a boyfriend, and hes the bestest^_^ id much rather meet someone in real life then online.

Well, I was gonna type out my own message, but uh..
Honestly I think I'm the type that would prefer an online relationship to an offline one. I'm not the touchy-feely type, nor am I affectionate or a romantic. I just... I dunno. I open up a lot more online about certain things than I do offline. I can't see myself ever using a dating site or something like that, though. I'd rather just meet people naturally and if something comes from it, cool.

I don't really understand the appeal of "dating" exclusively online though. You'd have to have some sort of intention to meet somewhere down the line.

That. o__O

Except that, if I meet someone in real life that I do really like, I don't mind being affectionate. Juuust as long as said person doesn't go overboard. xD; I dislike clingyness.

Online wise.. yeah, I've had online relationships before. Normally they don't end well, and I don't go looking for them for that reason, but at times they just.. happen. o.o Same as they do in real life.

I am actually in an online relationship. I don't really consider it "dating," though (or maybe it is and I'm just stupid). Regardless of what other people think, it's not bad. It's somewhat difficult, but I actually like it. Online relationships can work, but they require a whole lot of patience and commitment. With patience, you may even meet that person eventually. I've met people online before, so that wouldn't be a big deal to me. People are entitled to their own opinions on it. If you think it's stupid, that's fine. Just know that it's sometimes easier for people to find someone they truly love online than it is to find one offline (including myself).

Ehh... I really don't get the point. Firstly, especially if it's on an MMO or forum, etc., that just seems unusually dumb. After all, what you (or the other person) have just crushed over is an image (either literally or metaphorically) of a person, which is easily changed and manipulated. The 14-yr-old guy you just met could in fact be a 28-yr-old woman looking for personal information. It kinda indicates a lack of IRL social life, too. I'd rather meet someone at church, school, or even Subway rather than here on Pokecommunity or WoW or AIM or whatever. I'm sure there are good people on the Internet, but there's too much risk.
