Do you enjoy playing the game under leveled?

"No"?

I hate being underleveled. I just want to beat the damn game faster instead of losing to some stupid gym leaders or Elite Four trainers.

This ALWAYS happens to me though. Especially in Emerald. T_T

*prays I will overlevel in SS*

I like being overlevelled.

For example, me and my Monferno beat Roark with Metronome-boosted Ember 2HKOing Geodude and OHKOing Onix, then Mach Punch OHKOing Cranidos.

Monferno's now lv.30, and Bronzor's lv.22

And my PCPichu and Shaymin are lv.30

As per average team level, I always have played underleveled. I always just train one Pokemon and the rest are for HMs.

I think I should play underleveled with a balanced team though, so it takes me longer, since after I've completed a Pokemon game in the sense of Elite Four (and Red if applicable) I tend to get bored quickly.

The one thing I'm really anal about in Pokemon games is the fact that I have to have my team evenly levelled, and my pokemon's levels have to be on par with a gym leader's before attempting to beat them. >.<

Thats a big no-no for me. I enjoy playing the games when my pokemon are completely over-leveled.

ex: 1st gym, my 2 pokemon are already around lv. 27-33

i dont like being too many levels lower or higher than oppnents or else that battle feels really cheap when you win in like half a minute against 6 pokemon,no sense of accomplishment

The sense of accomplishment comes from taking the time to obsessively level up your pokemon before battles. I enjoy being 10 levels over the highest leveled gym leader/E4 pokemon.
