Do you even lift?

Ohh man I love to keep fit I train at home and eat healthy. but I am starting a gym soon for like the 3rd time lol. I usually listen to music when training and I usually do weight training. I get my cardio done running to and from the gym.

I started prepping for strongman training a year or so ago, but I've decided health is priority. I usually work out between 3-6 days a week, depending on various factors (never more than 3 weight sessions).

I've got a bit of a belly but I weigh more than people who have 6 inches more on their waistline.

5'11", 113kg (250ish lbs), and my pride: Rocksolid 28" thighs. :)
