You need a little less than 119 pts to get 2 blocks, but I'm not sure the exact amount.
 
Like I said before how many do you need to get another block.

I started out like at 30 something tonight and I got to 184. Tomorrow you will most likely get a second block.

I don`t like this system. For me it is not necessary. I mean, who needs rep points? Rep points don`t say, how cool you are because I can get 100 rep points from one and this same person. Also, its quite dangerous, because someone who doesn`t like me, can give me many bad rep points and what I can do? Also, I don`t know, from who I have rep points.
