At first he was alright then came to the point where I wasn't a huge fan of him, and now he's back to being alright again.

He's fine in terms of character, but they messed his goal up badly, "catch every pokemon to meet mew" I don't understand it at all, how? there are pokemon like melmetal he needs to catch which is already owned by ash and apparently, there's only one in the world, will he just dex it? Pokemon that come out of ultra-wormholes, they are one, rare, two the ather foundation will try and keep them all in the ultra world and guess who's part of it, ash, will he just dex it like before, idk. sogaleo sogaleo is technically owned by ash and the only way is to get a cosmog is to get lunala and sogaleo to make/breed more, he has to manage to get a cosmog, which he gets by being worthy enough from sogaleo and lunala to make/breed it? idk and raise it up to become a sogaleo, which guess what, might not evolve into sogeleo (not lunala because he could still catch it.). sorry for the essay.
