I really love to eat nuts. I love almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pecans, cashews, etc. Those are the best! And they help my cravings of something high in sugar and fat. XD If I do get a craving of that I just get some yogurt and put almonds in it...bamm! My craving has been cured. :3 Eating nuts is healthy for you anyway. They have the good fat in them. I eat them plain, cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate, or vanilla bean favors(almonds that is). <3
I heard macadamia nuts are bad for you. Stay away from those. Well you can have them, but unlike the other nuts you can only have a few. And besides I am not a big fan of them anyway. They have a weird aftertaste.
