Do you listen to music when you play?

Most of the time I have the sound off and I listen to my own music. Every now and again I'll turn it up though, usually for things like evolutions or fighting the E4.

depends really. i sometimes listen to the game music, i usually like the music of the game it sounds real good. but sometimes i like to listen to different music. i must be listening to something when playing pokemon

I usually like listening to my own music yo. :3 Sometimes I tire of the battle music... And for some reason, some of the songs seriously make me sleepy. Like the one in Snowpoint City... If it's after 2:00 PM and I start playing, I get heavy eyelids. 0o0

When i was younger i used to listen to it because i liked the sound of 8bit. But as i grew older i just let music play in the background.

Most of the time, I would pop up a good Korean or Japanese song and listen to it while playing Firered or Emerald. It's better this way.

I never turn the music off, really. To be honest, it kind of effects my emotions while playing the game, therefore making the game more fun. Like the battle music, it kind of makes you excited and all.

I usually keep it off in public. I keep it on at home, but if I have a low battery, I lower it. I don't really like some of the wild pokemon battle music. It gets a little annoying after awhile. I like most of the music in GSC the best, though.

I love the music, I always have it on. The original B/R/Y music always brings back memories whenever I go back and play it, I love it. In public though, I keep my volume muted or low. Sometimes I will use a set of headphones. I don't want to draw attention by the music. Very soothing music that I have always loved.

I have the audio on if I'm not training... 'cause listening to the battle theme over and over can be annoying

I usually have the audio off during training as well. The music does get quite annoying

Yes, unless I am playing during class and I do not want my teachers to hear me playing it. I only got caught once and that was when I on accident turned the volume up. Very bad mistake on my part.

It all depends, really. If I'm playing at school, or in public, then I usually have the sound off. However, if I'm not in public and I'm in my room, I usually have it on, unless I'm listening to other music, or I'm getting annoyed with the battle music while I'm training.

I play only music from Gorillaz, Jeffree Star and Tech N9ne when playing Pokemon.

If we're referring to the music in the Pokemon games, I don't turn it up or leave it up because it's real annoying.

For me, the music is part of the experience, so I listen to it--unless I'm going to be in an area with an annoying song for a long time.
