I name mine in all caps. I also used to name my trainer in all caps, too, until they changed the other trainer's names in DP...
 
I name some pokemon all in caps. Like my Luxray I named it SIMBA and my Staraptor I named it SKY. and soo on...
 
I name mine the proper English grammar way, not the angry Internet way. Nothing annoys me more than reading normal text that's written properly, then an all-caps name hits me full in the face. I cringe inside when I see that.
