Do you sleep with a nightlight?

I don't sleep with a nightlight, however I do sleep with my TV on with little volume.
I set the timer to 15 minutes and I usually fall asleep before the TV shuts off :P

Though it's kinda hard on me since I do find it very difficult to go to sleep with any lights on, I do have a nightlight. I mostly use it because my room is small and gets incredibly dark at night, so when I wake up and try to walk out of the room, I tend to be half asleep and will...often violently bump into things, and that just hurts. XD; The light is pretty much there next to the door so I know just where the heck I'm going.

Not a nightlight, but usually I''ll have the door cracked. I'm fine without light, but I prefer to have just a little.

I don't even like having my backlight on on my keyboard at night and having to go to sleep with that. I'm a very sensitive sleeper - anything can wake me up, really. Light is no exception.

no way, José. i have to be in complete darkness. when my dogs have indecisive nights (wanting in and out of my room) and i have to leave the door open, light shines through and it takes me hours to sleep Dx

When I was younger, I used to always leave the light on. Now the light annoys me and I feel like a vampire - I always have to have the light off, which isn't a big problem because there's only one light in the room and it's not very bright anyway (so I have to be careful waking up in the morning because my dog lies right beside my bed and sometimes I step on her).

I always hate the summer because the light shines right through my window so early in the morning. I don't mind waking up early, but I do not take kindly in being waken up abruptly by something so annoying which is why I fixed that problem by hanging a very thick Indian blanket on the window, so now my room is pitch black nearly all the time. Not that I mind even if it's hard getting dressed in the morning because at least I get to sleep well at night! Now to do something about the humidity . . .

No, actually I prefer to sleep in complete darkness (except for stars/moon~.... too bad because of light pollution!!!).
Having a light on would annoy me (except I turned on a light sphere thing thats supposed to relax you when I couldn't sleep once).
Besides, for people scared of the dark, don't you think having a light on would instead let anything see where you are in the room? :cheeky:
I just keep my light/fan controller next to me.
