Do you think Jessie's Wobbuffet should get more attention?

I think Jessie's Wobbuffet is one of my favorite pokemon from the anime and I see that it's pretty underrated.Should it get more attention?

Would be nice to make use of him a little more just motto inclusion or popping out to say "Sonansu/Wobbuffet!" at x opportunity. I've always liked him and felt he deserved a bit more than just comic relief. Counter and Mirror Coat can be really great, so I'd love to see Jessie battle with him seriously again. Feels like it's been ages.
