yes, makes it easier to train. I wish they wouldve added some other characters from past games to be on mt. silver

Should be able to battle him in other nasty dungeons like right where Lugia is/was in Whirl Islands. Kinda close to where the Karate King would be. Halfway into Diglett's Cave.

He should be able to be re-battled.
Also would be cool if he levels up until all Level 100.

I think that he should be there to re-battle. Not only for good training, but for Red being so awesome~
