Do you train your pokemon evenly?

Yes, always have and always will. I level each one at a time down the line and the last pokemon gets two levels to start the line over.

1st Gym: all lvl 16
2nd Gym: all lvl 25
3rd Gym: all lvl 36
6th Gym: all lvl 50
Pkmn League: 60+

Yes.
Training them unevenly always ends up as a pain in the behind.
Say I train just my starter to a high level and leave the rest low leveled.
Like one time I faced a type disadvantage with my starter.. A Pokemon in my team had the countering advantage, but was way too low leveled to enter battle.
It was really frustrating. >:

Or if your starter faints against a Gym Leader, and all you have left are the rest of your low-leveled team.
Obviously you're screwed at that point unless a miracle is on your side.

I train most of the team evenly, but then have one pokemon a couple of levels ahead. usually I have a fast pokemon ahead, in order to maybe get the sweep in:p

I like to do solo runs with each pokemon I plan to be on my team at least 70 percent of the time, that way they all get to be about level 70-100. When I was little, my starter was always horribly powerful, and that was the way it stayed (:

i try

I try to, bit i really have no intentions to keep any of my current pokemon (except my dragonair i started with in the start) in my final team. Just need to beat the elite four to transfer some over. So im pretty much only focused on him.

Im a over trainer i like have them all on the same level

Yes .
I use the VS Seeker (and hope I don't get higher levels...) or just walk like a crazy maniac in grass !

For instance , in Pt. for Candice I ended up with my Staraptor being 6 lvls lower than my Infernape ...

I'm real anal about keeping all of my pokemon evenly levelled. If my highest-levelled pokemon is three or more levels higher than my lowest-levelled pokemon at any given time, I will deposit the strong pokemon into the PC to resist the temptation to use it until the rest of my guys catch up.

i level my party the same, but then i also change my party to level up other pokemon

I train 3 (sometimes 4) Totally different types And Keep them the Exact Same level. The other 3 (or 2) are my HM *****s

I almost always just train my starter to get through the game.

I used to train all 6 of the Pokemon in my party and try to keep them all at even levels. Now I just use the ones necassary to win against the Pokemon Im battling. But I usually make sure my starter is the strongest one. If not then a legendary would be the strongest one.

When I had my Pokemon Ruby Game, I trained my Mudkip/Marshtomp/Swampert really hard, and the others, not! I currently train most of my pokemon evenly. Sometimes, a set of pokemon (team) would have a range of 20. If you rely on training one or two pokemon, you might get a level 100 quickly!

I don't usually, because I don't like to put effort into pokemon I'm not going to use later. I will train maybe 2-3 at a time while waiting to get far enough to pick up the next pokemon I want on my team.

Oh, heck no.
I usually end up with a team of a very strong, level 70+ pokemon and then have the rest at like level 20.
