I didn't see anything about this here yet, so I thought I'd share this bit of information with you guys! :)

If you want to get Shaymin, you have an opportunity to until November 8th, when this limited-time event ends.

I just caught Shaymin myself yesterday. I'd recommend saving your game right in front of where Shaymin appears before you battle it, and then using a Quick Ball on it just as soon as the battle starts. If you don't catch it that first time, shut your DS down and try it again. Shaymin's only level 30, so you'll likely have much too high of level Pokemon to bring its HP down.

Note : itrained him up to Lv. 68 (got it few days ago ) . Moveset :
EnergyBall , AirSlash , Aromatherapy , Synteshis (spelling) .
Any other thoughts ppl ?

Just raise it to level 100 if you can, since it learns Seed Flare at level 100!

My bro' hacked in Pearl with my AR that I never used in any Pokemon game . He has a Lv. 100 Shayimin grown with Rare Candies with a Docile Nature an horrible IVs....
