Does Anyone Actually Treat Their Pokémon "Badly?"

I hope no one would treat them bad!? It would make me feel sad :( I feel like they are totally real now instead of a virtual made up character lol
 
Nope. (Well, maybe the HM slaves. XD)
 
No. I made my Raticate faint so many times and tried to release it, but it always said "It came back!" T-T
 
No, I like them too much to try and make them unhappy. As sad as it is, I even feel warm and fuzzy when I go to check their happiness and am told they are happy and/or love me.
 
Probably, I don't really care though because it's just bits of data in a video game :)
