Since there is aThread open , I dlike to ask ....
The batteries will e includede or will ya need to buy them from shop ?

I really wish that it was chargable. I neglected to even think of the power source. Buying these batteries are such a hassle sometimes.

I'm assuming the batteries aren't Japan exclusive then...

There's a chance it'll be charged, no? I mean, if you charge the DS while it's connected, it can charge the Pokewalker too (in case the batteries are chargeable). Unless i'm a complete electronic fail (shame for my father who works with it for his living XD)

The good thing is, watch batteries can last for months, even a year or so. They may be a bother to get, but you wouldn't exactly have to go through it often.

lol.if u dont have a way of charging it, i just won't bother using it

I don't think it actually "connects", it transfers Pokemon to and from the DS using a wireless link.

I should really hope the thing is rechargeable. Buying batteries is always a hassle and if I can't recharge the thing the only thing it's gonna hold in it's memory is dust.

Yea, but watch batteries are very difficult to find or sometimes you can't find them. I think they should take the most common batteries which are AA or AAA batteries

It's only a CR2032 Button Cell Battery. You can get them from RadioShack/Walmart for $5

That's a lot better than recharging it

Sucks that they might not be rechargable...
=[

Actually, for most people, it's better. It'll last longer w/ a battery, there are less cords to worry about, it would be larger, cost more and it if some of the rechargeable battery's cells died, you would need to get a new battery from Nintendo

psh a year thats nothing, my old Pikachu 2 from the first GS era games still works, and its been how many years? Heck it outlasted the original games.
