Does there exist a "catch-em-all" branch for pokeemerald?

Topic. I'm mostly curious to see if anyone had done it with success. There seem to be quite a few non-disassembled ROM hacks that have the ability to catch all 386 Pokemon within a game, but I haven't been able to easily find any disassembly branches with this property. Thanks in advance!

I don't think there's any. 386 hacks are easily the easiest type of hacks to make though, so it shouldn't be that hard to make one of those.

You'd pretty much just need to re-script the professor to give you the Nat Dex early on in the game and change wild Pokémon using something like A-map.
    I think?

Well, Advance Map naturally doesn't work here because we're talking about the disassembly and decompilation projects, but yeah, that's basically how it goes.
Make the Prof. give you the National Dex, change the wild encounters and that's pretty much it.
Optionally, one could add some specific events for things like starters or legendaries, I guess.

Any other modification would be done as the person working on it sees fit.
