Is there an index of completed hacks on here? If it doesn't exist, I think it would be a good idea, since many people don't really like betas.

The emulation section is far outside my comfort zone within the community...I venture there to lurk maybe once a year, but look what I found from digging around for two minutes.
It probably doesn't include every finished hack, but it's a good place to start, no?- 46

It is a decent place to start, but the HoF isn't really for finished hacks, its for award winners.Although most hacks listed in the HoF have excellent progress.
Some that I know of... Is the Ruby Destiny series... The first and second, but the third has good progress.
But if you want a thread, there is an archive right here... Link. It wasn't updated in a while, but it is a list of completed hacks...
