    So I used paypal to donate $5 to Pokecommunity and it like never asked me for my pokecommunity username or anything like that. I am kind of confused on what to do now.

    (like to get the silver tier thing and the benefits of it)
     
    Yea, generally once you've made your donation, you send a PM to Rukario or Ausaudriel, according to the FAQ.

    After you've processed your payment, send a private message to Rukario or Ausaudriel and they will confirm your payment and grant your account the proper privileges

    Looks like your silver tier upgrade has already gone through though, and your name's looking pretty good in silver, if I may say so. Congrats :)
