    Don't give up hope for a GS remake! Even though DS is out...They might make the remake for the DS! GS on DS! Like it!

    So don't give up hope yet! There's still a possibility!

    (Goes AWOL in an excited way over the concept of a GS remake for the ds)
     
    I dunno about anyone else, but I'm fed up of doing the same things over and over again. I welcome a completely new game, rather than a Gold/Silver remake. Not that they are bad games, there's a lot of features on GSC that I would like to use in future games like the Day/Night feature. It's just the fact I don't like repeating myself and FR/LG essentially was doing that.

    Who wants the old? I want the new!
     
    What's the point of a GSC remake? All Johto Pokemon (except Celebi) are obtainable in FR/LG/Emerald.
     
    Nintendo threw away their chances of making a GSC remake when they decided to put all the Pokemon that weren't in RS into FRLG and Colosseum. There really would be no point in making a GSC remake, as everything apart from the locations themselves were in FRLG, Emerald or Colosseum (in Japan at least... Western gamers still need Celebi).
     
    I'd rather see something that, like, integrates the Johto world with a new section of the continent. :/
