I'm definitely getting hard copies. I just like having the actual physical copy of the game as well - also for collection purposes.

It depends for me. I was definitely like that before, and I do like having things for the sake of collection...but I've been building a digital collection as well, and it's become something of a treasure for me. Most of my 3DS games are retail, but I have around 50 games installed on my 3DS, full games being Monster Hunter, Fire Emblem, Pokemon Rumble, and Animal Crossing.

So it all depends now.

Nine months? More like a couple minutes.

I played the game all the way through in English, no problems there. It has the New-Age VAs that replace the New-Old Age VAs like Laura Bailey, Liam O'Brien, and Yuri Lowenthal, and that's a bit disappointing, but I think the voices are spot on. I just wish Christopher Sabat had played Frederick instead, it would have been a perfect match :/

I guess it's mostly how they altered the character's personalities and way of speaking.
Sumia sounds weirdly confident, Chrom sounds like a generic action hero, etc. I'm just not used to it after going through the whole thing and getting to know the characters in Nipponese.

The localization added a lot of modern one-liners, too. :(

Oh, FE has its fair share of controversy as well, Twilight. :P

But in this one scene in Japanese Sumia was all like "H-hang on! I've got you", yet in English she cockily made an air plane joke. ;_;

That's strange on so many levels.

Okay, this takes place thousands of years after the previous games, but birch I ain't seein' no gosh darn air planes.

Gotta protect my status as a super serious games who plays this super serious game.
