As I've said, it looks pretty, and that's pretty much the reason you watch it :P
So far the plot has been pretty meh if you ask me. But the way it's made makes you not think about that at all.
What I don't like is how people seem to view it as a Code Geass-ripoff. I don't think it's even similar.
