Well that's a law obviously, I wouldn't want it any other way, but the way things work stuff that ISN'T child porn is treated as if it was.
If I were to draw an illustration in which it looked like a child was in a sexual situation, that would be considered child porn and it could get me in jail if people are stupid enough about it.
That is what doesn't work, and frankly as an artist and especially as an anime watcher this scares me.
