Well, I'm saying that the cake itself isn't a lie, as it is clearly seen at the end of the game.

As of GLaDOS' statement that there "will be cake", Chell obviously never gets it. BUT you do get cake on the main menu after you beat the game. So there is in fact cake.

Therefore, the cake isn't a lie. :3

Pokey, the cake wasn't a lie, but the promise of it was. Remember the fiery pit of death we so cleverly avoid halfway through the game when she said we would get cake? That was in fact a lie ;;
