The hack is almost perfect 360 vision and the ability to telescopically search for things in the distance, think Hinata was looking at something 10km away a little while ago in the mango. They can see through solid objects and easily see the chakra systems of others (basically another circulatory system in the body but for ninja wizard magic). I guess he made them white because they can see things so clearly or something.

And technically, Chouji is also fit. Their clan eat as much as they do because a certain jutsu of theirs require a lot of energy and they become as thin as other characters when they perform it. That eye power and the clan ability to expel chakra from their pressure points on their body actually makes for a pretty unique fighting style, other series have used pressure points though(HnK has a pressure point for everything).

More interesting than the other 2 gamebreaker eyehax that's for sure. The Sharingan can removes the boundaries between reality and illusion and move things into another dimension and the other one can bring people back to life, Aizen tier broken.
