My school had one of those. We had to turn in sheets though for some reason, even though everyone got them was going to get them anyway. I wasn't aware that I didn't need the sheet to be turned in when they called the Juniors Letters * through *, so yeah...

2. Well, I'll see what my parents think of it. Technically, I can decide to get the shot without parent consent, but meh. Not sure when they'll ask for the consent form, though, since shots will be given throughout school hours.
