All she did was devamp the one from Serebii. Not too hard, honestly XD

That was the one I had before (the revamped FRLG one). But I didn't like how it turned out, so I now have this one. c:

... All I'm going to say about the new starters is that I'll probably be picking the otter or the pig. /loves otters. 'bout time we get one~ the pig she actually finds quite cute though.

Also about time we get a Snake that's not poisonous (though I wouldn't be surprised if it's evolutions are), and something that looks more like a pig.

As for the trainers. I like the girl's clothing. Don't know about her hair though. I think it would look fine without the two pieces of hair sticking out. The male doesn't look too bad either. (b'')b I think they did a nice job on their design.

... Poor otter. /doesn't think it looks bad. D: but maybe I'm just being biased towards otters.

The starters aren't disturbing. I like the Grass one, reminding me of Treecko. /points to original name.

But the trainers are bland and generic. I dislike both of them. D:<

I don't know. I like how the girl is wearing clothing that you're more likely to see females wearing these days, rather than an extremely short skirt and such. :x I mean, I guess I liked Dawn's design, but really... if you're going to be traveling around the world, is a skirt such a good idea?
