1. for those few of you who might enjoy the little thingys i make on GIMP, heres one. Pazuru's theme inspired me to make something green using the vector brushes she linked me to and i just used the guy there for an image~

And honestly, that sound tag's placement depends on what PC Skin you're using, and your browser, because on my Skin and Browser (Poke Link 3 -- Firefox) it's just a little to the right of Kaoru. I can fix and try to make it absolute where it is if I want to, but I'm too lazy to. xD;

Yeah. I'm not that great at EV training, either. I mean, I still don't know how to figure out IVs on a Pokemon.

I generally don't care either, but it was pretty fun beating up all these Magikarps for Speed EVs in Pearl.
