Well, you did get the Tokyo Underground PokeSupe icons to look decent, but then again, I noticed when resizing a shot for one of Gold's icons, the quality looked better when it was smaller, not to mention you probably worked with the icons once they were at 100x100, huh?

Aye. I always work with the icons after they're shrunk, because half the time they look better that way. I don't remember if I actually did anything with those icons though, since that was before I started actually doing things to my icons.

For Tokyo Underground, the video I used was of a pretty good quality as well. Not the best, but pretty good.

Aye, it was. But I used this add-on for Firefox (I don't remember what it's called; it was on my old laptop) in which I could get videos from Nico onto my laptop. The quality seemed to have gotten better when I did that. XD; Unless it was just my eyes.
