15. There's been a problem with the scoring system recently with the numerous troll accounts trying to boost the scores of their favorite series while sapping others. MAL's scoring system is better than most other sites out there in my opinion. At least it requires people to see quite a bit of an anime before their scores count. You're probably not going to be disappointed with watching anything in the top anime list unless you go in with the highest of cynicism (Code Geass is probably the biggest example).

In short: Naruto's rating isn't 9.8/10, so it's a good system.
