14. What the duck was MS thinking when programmed Office 2007? Though that is probably because the drivers for the DVD drive were uninstalled. Factory made or custom PC? If it was factory made, go to the manufacturer's website and look for the model's drivers page and find the optical drives/DVD drivers.

Urgh, I know. It loads like a turtle walking with a whale on its back, and very user-unfriendly. That sounds about right, the driver being uninstalled and stuff. I think my dad downloaded a replacement of some sort. It's fixed, now though. Thanks daddy-o!
