Well, if you're able to get two rarity one Ninetails items and one rarity two Ninetails items you can trade them at the Croagunk Swap Shop for an item for Vulpix/Ninetails that lets it restore HP from Water attacks.

I never practice my trombone anymore. I stopped pretty much after I switched schools in 9th grade, since I no longer took private lessons XD

/I still do pretty well and my teacher says I'm a good sight reader; the music's fairly easy though
