He's definitely too perfect of a character. He doesn't struggle often even in the arcs I've seen that include him as a main character. Spoiler alert: I have seen about 1/3rd of Bleach from various pieces and what I've watched has kinda jumped around but is mostly lumped in at the beginning.

You're probably better off staying normal rather than attempting to understand that. :P I will tell you it's in reference to the picture I quoted that Pokey drew, though. And that SOL = Slice-of-Life and that 4koma is a format for Japanese comics that involves just 4 panels per strip.
