iTunes says Ichiko Furukawa and Makoto Tonosu did all the ToS tracks, though. Then again, I downloaded from a secondary source, and the composer has been known to be incorrect. Such as Eri Kitamura singing TRUE PRIDE as Gray.

Motoi Sakuraba did mainly the remixes, but he did ToS tracks nonetheless, but it is mainly those two yes. Motoi Sakuraba also did part of TotA's soundtrack as well.
