/sure that this Shinx won't be as hard as a Male Jolly/Adamant Ralts. Though it just might be. Depends on how much my game decides to like me on Route 208-209.

Who said anything about breeding?

Having a Pokemon with Synchronize first in your party increases the likelihood of finding a Pokemon with the same/similar nature.

But since it's also hard to find a Pokemon with the nature you want and Synchronize, keeping a Pokemon with Static first in your party increases the likelihood of finding Electric types in their respective places in the wild.
