Instead, people just took the Touhoumon, changed some of their stats, moves, locations, and difficulty around, and released their own versions. There's Aqua+Yui, which is just basically Emerald 386 with Touhoumon and FireRed (plus the most annoying rival ever), Hard version, Insane version, and Emerald version. It's quite sad how people can release these fanmade versions but not make a port of the official. :<
