Since in the Japanese version HoroHoro is a nickname and Horokeu Usui is his real name. In the English Version They sometimes call him HoroHoro and sometimes he tells them to call him Trey (lamelamelame). So it is nickname for a nickname? Or is Horohoro his real name? Cause that would really take out of his character. /Got this from a trope
