2nd Gen Double Pokemon Challenge G/S/C

well found out today that crystal is the only one that actually works out of the older games, but anywho:

- named character Nayz
- chose Totodile as my starter
- recieved the egg from Mr. Pokemon
- fought the rival (i forget what I named him)
- backtracked to Professor Elm
- now currently training before I progress ahead to beat the first gym and sprout tower

Totodile will eventually become an hm slave. I can't actually get the first of my party (abra) until after the second gym
 
Sorry i haven't updated in a while, haven't had much time, and even this update, is a few days old, so im going off memory.

-headed to Mahogany
-caught the red gyarados
-talked to lance
-ditched RG before going into the hideout
-whooped every rocket with ease
-caught one of the electrodes
-got whirlpool, and taught it to chinchou
-ditched electrode
-went to the gym and whooped everyone
-went back to goldenrod for more rockey owning
-got eevee from bill
-both Typholsion and Machoke are level 43

I've been looking at the thread for a while and I thought this would be an interesting challenge.

I'm going to use Cyndaquil and Squirtle, using pokemon stadium 2 to obtain the latter before Eucruteak City, or if that isn't allowed I'll use Abra and Gastly on Silver.
 
Here is tonight's update:

~June 11th, 2009~

-Continued through the Rocket Hideout
-Fought all the "security camera" Rockets and the floor trap Pokemon
-Retrieved the two passwords to the boss's room
-Made my way to the boss's room and fought Spock… er, I mean the Rocket Executive
-Got the password to the control room
-Eventually arrived at the control room and took on another Executive
-Disposed of the Electrode in the control room
-Received HM06, Whirlpool, from Lance
-Taught Whirlpool to Gyarados
-Headed for the Mahogany Town Gym
-Totalled all of Pryce's underlings, then did the same to Pryce's Pokemon
-Received the Glacier Badge and TM16, Icy Wind!
-Got a call from Professor Elm about the Team Rocket radio broadcast

Ampharos's Moves: Tackle (at Level 39, this is embarrassing), Cotton Spore, Thunderpunch, Thunder Wave

Hoothoot - Fly
Gyarados - Whirlpool (/Waterfall, eventually)

Kerjo-Yup, you can import (if you want to call it that) Pokemon :) Uh...I'll add you a bit later, as it's very late my time.
 
Finished. Finally...

I trained with the Elite four until both Venomoth and Quagsire were at level 80, after that I went to Mt. Silver and faced off against RED. In the end, I won.

Also, would I be allowed to do the challenge again?

I want to use Elekid and Magby on Gold, by sending them over from from Crystal.

lol, It did kind of sound like something at the end of an automated message. It's still okay imo though.

VBA's speedup is very helpful!

Got Totodile
Went to Mr. Pokemon
Beat up Rival
Got Pokeballs and PokeDex
Caught Poliwag
Trained Poliwag until Hypnosis (useful move!)
Dropped Totodile into PC
Beat up Falkner's gym with Hypnosis and Bubble (later Water Gun)
Got egg
