    Alright, I am an old member, but I decided to make a new username, and thread in the New Users forum. It was closed, I believe by Blue, since he is the moderator there. My threads were closed, someone said because name-changing threads aren't allowed. It wasn't even a name-chaning thread, it was because, technically, I am a new member, no matter if I was a member here previously or not. And the double standard is that Mr. Cat Dog's thread there, introducing his female alter ego, was not closed. Either it should be closed, or mine should be re-opened.
     
    For some stupid reason, staff are allowd to have new name threads.
     
    Mr Cat Dog is planning on having his new name modded, thats why I left it opened. You posted two threads for two different user names. Yes you can have more then one user name, but not more then one thread. Go ahead and make a new on if you like. Since I don't really know if you're new or not, I'll let it pass.
     
    Welcome to PC! Staff are above you. They can break rules, and no one will act so long as they're friends. But if the staff in question isn't a friend, watch out! They'll launch campign after campaign to take you down.

    Dude, its not really a big deal. ^^;; You arent allowed making threads. If you were an old member, how could you be a new member? o.o And it would be best if you didnt argue with the mods decisions. Blue will close a thread if he feels it necessary~

    And I notice that the staff-can-have-new-names rule came into play just before Ryan, Blue, and David all got thier names changed. Hmmmm

    I was asked by an Admin to add it back.
     
    I kinda think it's B.S being mods get to do that really, cause technically it's the same.Mrs. Cat Dog isn't new.Neither is Night, it's like a burglar sewing you for him falling through your roof.
    Just like when those two mods got to have there leaving threads and them not be closed Immediately.

    Notice Abby's leaving thread got to stay open when she went back in November? Oh wait, you weren't here.
     
    Note that Ryan's first thread stayed open for quite some time, even after a mod (Blue) had viewed it.

    And did he not go back and get a new account either way?

    And yes, it is kinda important for people to know when staff change their name, so of course it's gonna stay.

    Yeah, I know how the staff around here works. I'm used to it, and I've kept quiet, but now it involves me, so I have an excuse to talk about it. But, whatever. I'll make the new thread or whatever, unless it's re-opened.

    Actually Blue i was here, I had a different username, I joined on November 2, and i had to rejoin cause my username got deleted in the cleaning up.So please don't talk to me like im stupid.I don't do it to you.

    Still doesn't explain why Ryan's thread stayed open so long.


    And as far as I know, mods are still silver, they still have a rank, they're in the bottom of the thread display, plus on the showgroups page. Do they really need to make a thread as well?

    Then you would know that Abbys thread was allowed to stay open as were other mods. And yet no one said a thing about her thread.

    Greg, not all people look at the bottom of that page.
     
    But she was ex-staff at the time...

    So that mean me and/or Nick could make a leaving thread? By those rules, it could stay open.
     
    That's because Abby basically made PC.She was the best admin for PC.Besides her crying sometimes.
    I don't wanna make anyone dislike me, i just didn't like the way you were talking to me like i was an idiot.

    LoL @ Kairi campaigning against the staff now that she is no longer part of them.
