It doesn't matter who starts the topic. Japanese episode titles are tends to contain spoilers and it is possible to mistake them for dub episode discussions. To prevents that: I've renamed the topic title to this format: DP### Episode Discussion (Japanese spoilers).
Titles of the previous episodes threads were not in that format either, but I've renamed them all.
As for the actual episode:
It seems like Suzuna and Nozomi are childhood friends and there was a nice background story on how Nozomi got Nyarmar.
Suzuna also thinks Hikari's DP Platinum outfit "cute", while everyone goes into sweat drop mode.
Suzuna is a teacher more or less in a way Tsutsuji (Roxanne) in Pokemon AG was.
I can't determine whether the quiz was on the same level as the episode "The Path Pokemon to the Pokemon League". They were difficult, but it doesn't seems to be the case.
As expected, Ash failed the quiz miserably a minor character knew a lot.
Also expected, the same minor character fails big time when facing Team Rocket.
Nozomi and Suzuna get to see the Buyosel's frozen Aqua Jet attack.
They episode is nice to see, not much really happened here, it's more an introduction of Suzuna.
