I remember, about 2-3 years ago, I was playing Diamond and hacked Draco Meteor onto my Charizard. For some reason, when I bred that Charizard (can't remember whether it was Ditto or with another Char that knew the move), the newly hatched Charmander knew Draco Meteor too!

Has this happened to anyone else, or would anyone be able to verify whether this could actually happen? Also, is it possible in B/W?

Considering Draco Meteor is exclusively a tutor move that Charizard and his pre-evolutions can not legally know, let alone pass down as an Egg Move, regardless what it's bred with, I'm a bit skeptical about this situation. From my knowledge of breeding mechanics, the baby will only end up with a TM/HM/Tutor move that the father knows if the baby can legally learn those moves itself. Also, the baby will start off with any level up move that both the mom and dad have, but, again, only if the baby can learn it. As such, Draco Meteor is not an Egg Move that can be passed down to Charmander, no matter who you breed the female with.

Conclusion: this can't possibly happen (in Gen IV or V) with the way breeding mechanics work, no matter if the mom and/or dad have the hacked move or not. Draco Meteor would've had to have been hacked onto the Charmander after it hatched or even hacked onto the egg with the use of a third-party device and/or program.

Thrash has it - it's not possible for any Pokemon game without hacking. Only if you somehow altered the way breeding mechanics work would that happen.
