Charmander : Flare Blitz, Flamethrower
Squirtle: Surf, Blizzard
Bulbasaur: Solarbeam, Giga Drain
Elekid: Quick Attack, Light Screen
Riolu: Foresight, Endure, Focus Blast, Focus Punch
Starly: Fly, Aerial Ace
Bagon: Fire Blast, Dragon Claw
Taillow: Steel Wing, Peck
Cacnea: Posion Sting, Toxic
Heracross Horn Attack, Endure
If it's possible the shiny Dialga would be welcome, I can give you any amount 1 of each or whichever ones you want for it.
