I believe so.I think it is the 10 ANNIV one.The OT is Japanese,but the ID is 0001.It is holding the Icy Rock.

EDIT: Whoops,cancel it all.It has full Cool,Beuty,Smart,etc. so I think it is hacked.Unless the 1o ANNIV one came with that...
The only thing I can offer up left is a Celebi.Not shiny,though.

As for trading I am also interested in the Shiny Kyogre Ev Trained. Can I have its stats, nature, and characteristics? Moveset I can fix on my own since it's a legendary lol.

I'm offering Shiny bold Eevee UT with Egg Move Wish and if that's not enough I'll add on legit shiny legendary dogs from Kanto UT (level 50, but choose 1)
