Actually I seen Diagla flying or levitating, it might have been Giratina's world though.

I dont think Dragonite should be able to fly......its wings are to small...

I think it's wings can expand "magically" to produce enough lift to fly...

Remember the Darkrai movie? They were both levitating, Dialga and Palkia ;3

It's because of some kind of organ attached to their bodies. Palkia have those "wings", while Dialga have those fan thingies at it's bottom...

That, or because of their importance and value of the movie, those two are able to fly.

Should all dragons (even those without wings) Be able to fly? Nah, some are meant stay in ground, like Gyradoes are meant to stay in water.

Dialga and Palkia should just stick to time travel or whatever they do. They shouldn't be able to fly. Maybe run at fast speeds, but not fly.

My avatar was blurry so I changed it to a cuddly picture of Latios. Not a manly word in that sentence...
