I think Flamethrower over overblast...way more PP and a lot better accuracy...:)
and Draco Metoer would be a nice touch...
 
yeah that is the only downfall...if not Draco Metoer than I would go with Dragon Pulse...oh Earth Power would be cool to teach it...right?
 
YES YES YES...it just has to have earth power...I wish Arcanine could have learned Earth Power...that would have been WICKED!!!
 
Earth power wouldn't work.

It's not a real pokemon. We could give it Spacial Rend if wanted.

I say it should have a high Special Attack with high speed. Everything else sucks, but the HP is decent.
 
It should have a reasonably good attack though. Like 100.

Sorry about the foot guys the paper I drew it on was too small, I'll have to figure out how to draw it on without cutting out the head. Comments & Criticism, any changes needed?

Overall I like it.

Only thing we should do maybe is make the thing coming out of it's head fire.

Because it looks a bit like a bayleef.

And perhaps make the cloud wings bigger.

Nice though.

I was thinking the same thing about the head thing, but you don't want to see me draw fire; it looks like an attempt at graffiti mixed with scribble/ chicken scratch .

Swear this is the best fire I ever made. =] I just need to fix the wing now. There's that foot.

Yeah, Rellyms that looks really good. Just like Blaze said, the wings should be a little bit bigger, but overall you did a great job.

It actually scares me a little, it has a wtf look to it. It's gonna rip my heart out with those claws.
 
Nah, Soltaria would probably torch your hearts then juggle it while doing an acrobatic manuever over a crowd of Pokémon Trainers to show dominance.
