Lol, most reptilian looking pokemon can learn Dragon-type attacks(Sceptile, Charizard, Feraligatr), and most people I talked about this claimed that Tyranitar is not a Dragon. Although in your opinion it looks like one.
 
Who are these people?

Considering Charizard is considered a dragon here...Sceptile is in the Egg group...

It can learn Dragon Dance, Outrage, Dragon Claw and Dragon Pulse.

It has dragon like features..

And it's Johto's equivelent to Dragonite, Salamence and Garchomp.

well you know what...Why Isn't tyranitar a dragon type pokemon? It is a representaion of a T-Rex and if Aerodactyl (who is a dinosaur too) is part of the dragon's den...along with gyarados, and a few others THEN WHY CAN't Tyranitar be part of the Dragon's Den???

Looks like you guys already won. But to me, it ain't dragon no matter how you convince me. It's too slow, bulky and Godzilla like to be one.

I'm gonna be daring and say... yes! It is definitely Johto's Dragonite and can learn some Dragon moves like Korova said.
 
so who's job is it to add it to the list of dragon's? and YAY!!! we have a new dragon to the Den...we made a change!!! congratz everyone..
