I know Drifloon appears at Valley Windworks every friday, but:

1. Does Drifloon appear randomly in the wild grass outside the building?

2. What time does Drifloon appear? (Morning/Day/Dusk/Night/Etc)

1. It's stationary just a few steps next to the Honey tree to the left, not in the grass.

2. Throughout the entire day on Friday.

1.It only appers next to the windmill and NOT in the grass at all!

2.Im pretty sure that it is there all day friday [if you have not caught it yet that day!]

well only a mod can decide about tht midnighteon. Well I caught 2 drifloons one female and one male then breeded it then got another 2 drifloons both male and female and then evolved my male drifloon into driftblim.

I caught my drifloon by accident, I had put some honey on the tree a few days ago and just happened to visit the valley windworks on friday and there it was! lol
