DS Speculation and beyond!(Includes all Diamond/Pearl Talk)

What do you want to see in pokemon pearl/diamond???

Well i want to see things like:

-Keep the secret bases (there just fun)


-Seasonal Changes (real time or other wise would be cool)


>seasonal Pokemon encounters (Articuno only can be found in the winter)


-Real time like Animal Crossing and Gold/Silver version (who didn?t love that?)


-Kanto, Hoen, Jhoto and a new area should all be in the game


>Be Able to chose What Area You Start in


-All the old Pokemon plus new ones


-All the Gym leaders


-New Forms of travel


-Al the legendary Pokemon to come back and give us a chance to get them all over again



-Team Rocket (the Return of Giovanni),team magma,team aqua and a new bad guy...


>Perhaps the ability to join team rocket



-customizable characters


-the ability to specialize in a certain type of Pokemon (Example Water, All Water type Pokemon gain stats or something)


-Tons more side quests and secret areas


-improve the Pokemon breeding system.

I think that they would put like the battle on top screen and like the menu on bottom screen(attacks,items,run,etc.)

And I would also want like the pokemon actualy dodge an attack and open it's mouth to use flamethrower...

What do you guys want???

Well, 3 new shadows were revealed yesterday, but today, thanks to Coronis, we have new info.

Far Right "A pokemon with a big head. Is it wearing something?" -_My guess: Perhaps a Tiki Mask like a tribal sort of thing.



Far Left "It's characteristic is its blurry (or fluffy, inconpicuous, something along that line) head" -My guess: Eh, some cloud or Ghost...



Middle "We seem to have seen these three-orb (arrangement) somewhere before..." -My guess: Obviously a baby evo of Sudowoodo

These three will not be the starters and the ones on the outside (not the middle Pokemon) are supposidly not babies.

Those pokemon kinda look funnily shaped.I bet they'll still be cool though!

I think diamond and pearl might be a remake of gold and silver
but with new and added stuff like fr and lg.

Keep the secret bases but have loads more options, room, mats, dolls, and spaces (16 is not enough)
Have seasons, but not overly drastic changes; some Pok?mon easier or harder to find in certain seasons, but not exclusive to them
Time passing with sun rises and sets, etc
All the regions for a wonderfully long storyline and great exploration
Huge chunk of storyline AFTER defeating elite four
Most of the Pok?mon and able to import Box-like from R/S/FR/LG/E
All the regular gyms and some side gyms too (with badges but not necessary ones)
Walking, Running, Biking, Surfing, and Magnet Train
Have a Pok?mon travel with you
All the teams with a new merged one forming the in background (makes for a good storyline!)
Part of the storyline where you join a Team of your choice but eventually quit if you want
Build-your-own trainer
Loads of side quests, hidden items, secret areas
Battling on upper DS screen and menu & messages like "critical hit" etc on lower screen

Basically, I want them to cram everything they can into that... uh... cartridge.

I really like stunt296's idea of having seasonal changes. You could have the weather go with the season, and have the climates change throughout the region. I think that would be awsome. ^____^ I also like stunt296's idea of having some Pokemon appear only during certain seasons. ^^ Other then that, I basically want what everyone else wants. Amazing new Pokemon games. XD

idea

1. I want 3d grapics.
2. season happenings like animal crossing and different pokemon able to catch
3.more cool mini games like the berry crusher and like fr/lg mini games but more
4.custom design of a character.
5. far larger cities and adventures.
6.being able to like see the pokemon your flying on ethier like walking or jump to cities.
7. no weird stuff like flying on a pigey
8.more than 4 attacks like 7
9.being able to see a person come out of the house than you just walking in.
10. harder battles
11. finaly alot of new pokemon and the games to be online.

This would be a perfect 10 out of 10 for pokemon pearl and diamond

i like some of those ideas. adding all other regions would be great. i usually finish gameplay of new pokemon games in like a week tops ( not catching all the pokemon though) and then i get bored of the game. maybe if like 50 hours of gameplay were = to a year and your character aged after a few years, that would be nice, then maybe at like age 20+ you could become a gym leader. but becoming a gym leader you didnt have to stay in the gym and await challenges but go and do misc. tasks for your townsfolk or something. just hopefully they make the gameplay ALOT longer, so instead of it being beaten in a week or two tops, would take a few months, so then people would have more fun with it. i dont know, im really tired at the moment, so im rambling on, good night.

It would be cool if they had a time machine so you can
go to the future and the past also you canfind ancient
pokemon and ancient forms of modern pokemon and ditto
on the future one but has future pokemon futuristic forms of modern pokemon.

1. As said, time, season, weather, climate etc.
2. 4 attacks as usual (if it is more than this, Pokemon will get too easy)
3. You can choose to pilot the Pokemon who is using "fly", or select which town to go, just like the old ones.
4. A few more new pokemon, but not too much.
5. Trade with GBA Pokemon in GBA slot.
