    Welcome one and all to Duelist Kingdom : The Offical PC Yu-Gi-Oh Club :rambo:

    Here you can talk about anything and everything to do with Yu-Gi-Oh from exchanging tips about the trading card game or video games to talking about the latest episodes or your favorite characters.

    The Rules are :

    - No Spamming or Flaming ( the usual )
    - No Bashing other people because of their opinions
    - No pervy pics of ANY of the characters ( So no Yaoi , Yuri or Hentai )
    - No Spoilers : Some people may not have seen as far into the anime as you have so please respect that and don't spoil it for people.

    Anyway onto the activates of the club. They will consist of : RPs , Banner Contests , Fan Art contests and maybe some other things too.

    Welcome to the Club you two and Deoxy you can use spoiler tags. You two can both be co-leader if you wanna be XD

    As for favorite characters mine have to be Joey & Mai. I just really like them : I've been told I can act like a weird combination of the two of them XD Me = Joey and Mai love child XD
     
    heh Yami is cool but Yugi looks like he's 7 o.O But still cool none the less XD

    I'd like to join too. I really like yugioh, although I'm not exactly great at teh game. what seems odd though is that it seems like someon only thought of this just rescently. I'm surprised it took so long, what with how widespread yugioh is. :\
     
    Can I join? beleive it or not my fave card is Griggle. I compete in 2 on 2 duels teamed up with Sparks. he has super monsters while I've got magic cards and lots of griggle to help out
     
    I don't. the Griggle are there to be in defence mode and protect my life points and be used for sacrifices by Sparks. we want the legendary god cards, and he says that if we get Slifer, because of my magic cards and the 'every card is 1000 points' thing, we've got an impossible monster, and my revival jam. I also have pots of greed that arn't in my deck at the moment, but they will be if I can get slifer.

    okay, many problems with that. First of all, god cards are banned. the only legit god card at this moment is ra, who happens to be teh strongest of the three. and he too is banned. Also, that "Every card is 1000 points" thing only applies to teh cards in your hand. next, you say "pots" of greed, implying you have more than one in your deck. Pot of greed is a limited card, only one to a a deck. And revival jam requires you to pay a major chunk of life points to bring him back, and then he's only during the end phase. Meaning they can kil it and tehn attack you directlyu with anything else they have if he is your only mosnter on teh field. and lastly, there are better mosnters for defending you than griggle. Like soul tiger or battle footballer. Excellent immediate defense. They may be just for sacrificing, but they have to live long enough first. Again, not to be insulting, but you guys don't seem to have a good strategy going.
     
    we're novices, okay, I'm new to dueling, I only just read about the god card's effects. seesh, besides, there arn't many real tournaments so as long as we duel around the neighborhood we can bend rules. which is why we want the god cards, because if it isn't official, we can use the cards and be impossible. becides, if they are banned how come they hand them out of official tournaments to the winners?
     
    Well they're only really banned in Offical Duels because according to the rules they have no actual effects ( or something like that ^^" ).

    Anyway welcome to the Club you two , your more then welcome to join. Glad to see you've been having a good discussion XD My deck is mainly Warrior and Spellcaster types but my deck is kinda big ?_? I like to keep useful effect monsters in my deck ( like Magicial of Faith and Mask of Darkness ).

    I have the same troube as FT though. There aren't that many tournaments held in or around my town and unfortunately not too many people I know are "into it". I tried to get my dad to learn it once but he keeps saying " You'll only think I'll cheat " XD

    But I've got shiz loads of spare cards though , enough to make three more decks or more XD I try to keep the best cards or the ones I'll find useful to one side for my deck ^_^

    Alright then , I'll bring up a new topic : What do you think is your rarest card ? It can be either Monster , Magic or Trap card.

    I personally think my two rarest Monster cards are Dark Paladin and Tyrant Dragon ^_^ I dunno about which is my rarest magic or trap card though o.O
     
    Personally I think my rarest card is Dark Magician of Chaos or Exodia Necross. My rarest Magic is Painful Choice. My rarest trap is Magic Cylinder.

    In response to what Flygon traienr said, they do not give away god cards, at least not that I understand. They give away booster packs or cards that aren't included in sets, like Machine King or a beast warrior of mine given to me by a friend (He won four of them) And the reason why they make god cards and not allow anyone to use them is because they are novelty items. People want to say they own teh legendary god cards. Say that they own something so powerful that in the cartoon, it makes the earth shake. But its that power that makes them illegal inplay.
     
    Yeah they do that with the games and DVDs too. They have booster packs or some single cards : for example I got Harpies Feather Duster from the last Yu-Gi-Oh Game I brought.
     
    Ah cool ^_^ I've been abit short on funds lately so I haven't been able to buy any booster packs but I like my deck the way it is. Its a combination of some of Yugis and Joeys deck along with some cards Mai uses in the anime.

    I have the worst luck drawing rare cards, I don't own one card over Super Rare, I've actually never pulled an ultra or secret rare except for Thousand Dragon, and he's crap so I gave him away =/ My dueling skills are good but my deck is terrible because of my lack of good cards...I do like the anime though. If I had to compare myself to one person in the anime it would either be Seto Kaiba or Maximillion Pegasus, that is, without the villainous elements o_O
