Hello It's me DumbChester. and i'm here to present you this wonderful tool called "Dumb Pokemon Rom Editor"

But before anything else i just wan't you to know that this tool is on it's early stages, though usable, there's no way that i have spotted
all the bugs in this tool so, "By downloading/using this you agree that I don't have a responsibilty whatever happens to your ROM"

also This TOOL is not Created to Replace/Imitate any existing TOOLS out there, Unless i think it's really needed or if it's Heavily Requested. So, are we clear?.
(If a Feature in my tool exists in yours , PM me and I'll remove it if i think it's really necessary)

So, what is this stool?

This tool will help New/Old Rom hackers to hack Gen3 pokemon ROMS more easier lazier
Contains different tools in different areas of Hacking , Scripting Tools,Text Editing Tools,Hex Editing Tools and Rom Specific Features/Routines.

This tool is coded in VB.NET (VStudio 2015) if you hate VB.net for some reason, Don't continue Reading and never use this tool.
requires .NET 3.5 Framework or higher to run (Don't worry almost all modern computers have this pre-installed)

This tool is Created by me and is Under Public GNU License v 3.0 Kidding, Just don't claim this tool as yours and we're Cool.
you can Distribute/Use this tool to your heart's content

General Useless Features

Notes Let's you have Individual notes for every ROM you have.
Quick Open last Opened Rom Self explanatory.
Dual ROM Open with Rom Switch let's you choose 2 different ROMS (Optional) and switch between 2.
INI reading if you expanded table or repointed data just edit the "offset.ini"

Script/Text Edit

Script Editor: You know how this one works, (Just like XSE but "BETTER" Hopefully)[Status:0%]
Text Editor: My favorite tool, Advance Text editing , Search for manual Strings, Find String via Offset with Load/Open Bookmark and Decap Option.[Complete]
AscII to Poke: a tool that can convert AscII Strings to Poke Strings and Vice Versa.[Complete]

Hex Tools

Hex Viewer: Let's you view your ROM in Hex (But you can't edit, Pretty useless Right?)[Complete]
Repointer: Yeah, repoints any Table/Data that you want to repoint with optional advance feature, Auto Search Freespace, Save Repoint Details to INI, delete OLD data and Table Limiters Remover.[20%]
Free Space Finder You already know how this one works.[Complete]
Table Maker: Let's you create a Table , Specify Table length,Entries,Size,Etc..[0%]

Why? Ruby rom hacking is pretty outdated by now and when pokeruby gets completed (there has been a lot of progress lately) there would be no need for tools anymore ...

Besides, I think you can make it compatible by editing the offsets.ini

Besides, I think you can make it compatible by editing the offsets.ini

Actually there will be a ruby section in the INI for general things like, Berry Editor or Table Editors, but for now im not creating a Seperate Tab for Ruby.

Yeah , cause theres no specific feature that needs Table Offsets , so INI is set aside for now,
