Dumbest Looking Pokemon

You can argue all you want but the dumbest looking is Bi--

Oh yeah Bibarel looks pretty dumb...and let's not forget about Lickilicki.
 
I only think two Pokemons look dumb.
Jynx and Mr.Mime.
If gen V counts also Munna and Hihidaruma (Fire monkey and flower thing)
 
Magmortar looks dumb to me.
They take a perfectly cool pokemon and turn it into a fat thing with weird arms and giant lips. -_-
 
Lickilicki, Bidoof, Jynx (imo), and Buneary (can't stand that bastard of a pokemon).
 
The evolved form of Lickitung (sp?). I forget what it's called, but it's so stupid looking! >_<

Yup Yup.The dumbest are in the 5th Generation.:)But again we said that about Sinnoh and got used of it.......Well still 5th Generation.:)

Her big lips, oversized dress, long hair that's probably fake, and skin that's like tannedx100 just scream pokemon version of Hollywood wannabe :D.

Though quite cute on it's own way. I love playing Lickylicki on mystery dungeon games to see it walk. Lol.
 
Lickylicky, Probopass, Magmortar.. 4th generation had some dispensable evos.
But Bidoof/Bibarel are the dumbest ones.

dumbest looking pokemon for me.
Shroomish, Surskit, Shuckle, tangela, Seaking, Ledyba, Miltank, Sunkern, Sunflora and some others.
